We are a launch-based company and do not always have our collections in stock. We have exclusive collections that are released on launch days, It remains for sale until it is sold out. I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

MY PACKAGE SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us at misslaneswim@gmail.com and we will help you get the issue resolved. Sometimes the issue may be with the delivery courier and not us - so we advise you contact them as well. Due to strikes - this also could be an issue in receiving your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, However, This is something we hope to achieve in the future.
​HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
UK Shipping is £3.99. We currently don't ship our products anywhere other than the UK at the moment.

Orders typically take 5-7 working days to process and deliver.
